Terms and conditions
Service Provision
Linaxnet agrees to provide internet services to the customer based on the selected package, including the agreed speed and price. Service provision is contingent upon the customer’s adherence to these terms and conditions.
Installation
A one-time installation fee of KSH 1,500 is required. The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises to facilitate a successful installation.
Payment Terms
Monthly payments must be made in advance for service activation or renewal.
Late payments may lead to temporary service suspension until the outstanding balance is fully settled.
Customer Responsibility
The customer shall not tamper with, alter, or interfere with the service or any installed equipment. Any such action may result in service termination and additional charges.
Service Downtime
Linaxnet strives to maintain 99% service uptime. However, brief interruptions may occur due to routine maintenance, power outages, or external factors beyond our control. Linaxnet shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time with prior notice. No refunds shall be issued for partial months following service disconnection.
Privacy
Linaxnet respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Your usage data is treated as confidential and will only be disclosed when required by law.
Liability
Linaxnet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business disruption caused by internet service issues.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under these terms shall first be addressed through mutual negotiation in good faith.
